We are currently facing a temporary restriction on fund movements due to compliance related to an ongoing investigation, which has impacted our ability to settle utility bills with the relevant government authorities. As the electricity bill must be settled within the deadline stipulated by YESC, we are taking urgent measures to help maintain the continuity of electricity supply and the smooth operation of essential building services at The Central.

In view of this situation, we kindly seek your cooperation in arranging an advance payment equivalent to one month’s utility charges. Your support will help us meet the upcoming electricity payment obligations and minimize the risk of electricity supply interruption, which could affect all occupants and daily business operations.

Payment Method: Cash payment only. Please contact the Property Management Office to confirm your applicable payment amount and payment deadline. An official receipt will be issued for every payment received.

The advance payment will be reconciled against actual utility consumption based on the applicable meter readings and billing procedures, with any differences adjusted accordingly.
